Pet Medicines

Over the past year or so, my views on pets and conventional medicine have been changing. I’ve been learning a lot about alternative treatments and holistic remedies. We have such an amazing world. For centuries people have turned to plants to cure a variety of illnesses. I think we’ve wandered far from the wisdom of our ancestors, and let the pharmaceutical companies convince us that they hold the key to health. Honestly, I believe that if they can’t patent it, they won’t produce it. I’m not saying that occasionally your pet might not benefit from conventional medicine, but I do believe it’s healthier and more natural to look to Earth’s cures (and preventions!) rather than something made in a lab.
